After two years and a few hundreds classes later, Pure Barre Greenwich has remained the best workout around. I began at Pure Barre Greenwich in February of 2016 and immediately felt a huge difference in muscle strength. In less than an hour, I am able to truly shut my mind off and manage to see more results than I ever did from simply wandering around a typical gym. The infectious energy and empowerment that radiates from the doors of this studio is unlike any other I've experienced. It is large and spacious, and fully accommodates those of us who rush in before/after work needing to change.
