Brooks Brothers — Establishment and clothing store at 181 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut.

I needed a pair of chinos for work as I forgot to bring mine after work-out. It was early in the morning and the store was not open yet, but the store manager came out and told me they would set things up and let me come back 10 min before it opens normally. As a loyal customer to this brand, I am always satisfied with the quality of the brand, but not so with the staff (elsewhere) usually. Not this store though! The manager was quite helpful. And as I walked in later when it opened, the sales were quite knowledgeable about the products and responsive to my request.

Pants in need, pants indeed!
